During these very difficult and uncertain times we are all facing at the moment, we wanted to reassure all of our Landlords and Tenants that we are operating as normal as can be. There are many services that we cannot continue with during this time and for the foreseeable future, but we will carry on as best we can in these uncertain times.

Like many other industries, we are now restricted in the services we can provide and have to ensure the safety of our staff, contractors and our tenants to minimise risk and as a result and for the foreseeable future we will be working from home. So we can still be reached and contacted by email, text and telephone.

We will do our best to get all and any emergency repairs carried out as fast as possible, but the contractors for such services are in high demand and all non-urgent maintenance may be postponed to a future date when it is safer and also when we are allowed to carry these out. If and when any contractor attends any of our properties, you will be notified of this and the contractor will take all the required and necessary steps to distance themselves from you and would be wearing the required protective items for safety.

If any of our tenants are having to self-isolate, we ask that you inform us of this so we know in case any contractor etc. has to visit the property.

We ask all tenants to please continue to pay your rent as normal and if you are having financial difficulties due to the current situation that you please contact us immediately to discuss this so we can then talk to the landlord on your behalf and come up with a payment plan to help you through this.
